Through high-quality education, skill training programs, and Financial Literacy Training, we aim to build the future for our young people.
All donations paid to Thrivity Foundation are exempted under 80 G.

Founders Profile

Kavitha Rajagopal
Founding Director
Kavitha is the Founding Director of Thrivity Foundation. As a Non-Profit and CSR Consultant, she works with corporations, government bodies, and educational institutions to deliver welfare projects.
Kavitha earned her MSW at the Department of Social Work, RGNIYD, which was instrumental in shaping her Social Work skills. With over a decade of experience in Profit and Non-Profit Sectors, she founded this Non-Profit with the belief that “One Person Can Make a Difference.” She has previously volunteered with NEF Jamaica Foundation (UN Online Volunteer) and V Force (UNV India) for brand promotion and communications.
She is pursuing a Ph.D. at the Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras, to strengthen her expertise in Non-Profit Management. She participates in the Toastmasters club when not keeping busy with her Full-Time Research and Foundation Work.
