We believe that “Every Family Has Someone Who Broke the Chain of Poverty,”  and we are committed to identifying that deserving individual and helping them thrive!

Through high-quality education, skill training programs, and Financial Literacy Training, we aim to build the future for our young people.

All donations paid to Thrivity Foundation are exempted under 80 G.

Founders Profile

Kavitha is the Founding Director of the Thrivity Foundation. As a non-profit and CSR consultant, and an NISM-certified Social Impact Assessor, she partners with corporations, government bodies, and educational institutions to deliver impactful welfare projects.

Kavitha earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from RGNIYD, laying a strong foundation for her career. Driven by the belief that “One Person Can Make a Difference,” she launched the Thrivity Foundation after gaining over a decade of experience across both the corporate and non-profit sectors. Her dedication to social impact also includes volunteer work in brand promotion and communications for the NEF Jamaica Foundation (as a UN Online Volunteer) and V-Force (UNV India).

Currently, Kavitha is pursuing a Ph.D. at the Department of Management Studies at IIT Madras to deepen her expertise in non-profit management. Alongside her full-time research and foundation leadership, she serves as a member of the Directorate of Public Health and Preventive Medicine Ethics Committee for Tamil Nadu.
