About the event
On 26th March 2026, Thrivity Foundation partnered with the Department of Social Work (SFS) at Madras Christian College to host a guest lecture titled From Knowledge to Climate Action: Young Changemakers. The session was designed to bridge the gap between academic understanding and grassroots impact, moving students from asking what climate change is, to asking how do we actually fix this? The event sparked vital conversations on environmental stewardship, youth leadership, and the role of technology and public health in driving sustainable change. It was a clear reminder that the next generation of climate advocates is not waiting — they are ready to lead.
